  Tenant improvement project for a prominent real estate company, located in the heart of San Francisco’s South of Market district.
  The client’s vision was to create an open office space that fosters collaboration in the post-COVID era. Careful attention was given to providing ample space for each office area, ensuring appropriate separation between workstations for comfort and safety.
  My responsibilities included collaborating on the overall office design, managing the permitting process, preparing construction documentation, selecting lighting solutions, and actively participating in weekly Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings.
