Renovation of a Vietnamese restaurant in San Francisco’s financial district for a first-time entrepreneur.
  The project sought to deliver an inviting and authentic dining experience that reflects the cultural essence of Vietnamese cuisine. To address the challenges of the compact space and the energetic atmosphere during peak lunch hours, the design employed warm, natural colors and textures, alongside carefully selected materials and custom molding solutions, to create a cozy and welcoming ambiance.
  My responsibilities included managing the permitting process, preparing comprehensive construction documentation, and collaborating on the selection of finishes and furniture to enhance the overall dining environment.
