Office tenant improvement project for a prominent dermatology company expanding their operations into the rich cultural center shaped by East Bay residents.
  The design focused on integrating the site’s expansive natural views, while reflecting the vibrant and dynamic culture of the client through the use of playful colors and engaging spaces.
  My responsibilities included collaborating on the overall office design, managing the permitting process, preparing detailed construction documentation, assisting with the selection of finishes and furniture, and participating in weekly Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings to ensure smooth coordination and project progress.
