Detached accessory dwelling unit for a luxury residential project. Designed as a guest house for a client seeking to expand the foot print of their existing residence. The project aimed to create a space where owner could entertaining family and guests as an alternative to the main residence. The proposed structure is strategically positioned to maximize views of the pool and garden, blending seamlessly with the main residence while providing a sophisticated and private retreat.

My responsibilities for this project included a broad range of tasks, including collaborating on the overall design, drafting, 3D modeling, and producing detailed plans, elevations, and 3D renderings. Additionally, I collaborated throughout the entire permitting process in the town of Atherton, which involved pre-application review applications and presentations, heritage tree permit applications, and ultimately the submission and completion of all building permits.
