  The client envisioned a dynamic and welcoming environment designed to stimulate creativity and encourage interaction among startups and freelancers, including a significant portion of their clientele from the Filipino community.
  My responsibilities included managing the permitting process, preparing comprehensive construction documentation, selecting appropriate lighting solutions, and developing detailed 3D models, 3D renderings, and 3D video walkthroughs.
